Judy BuchkoHaving a small little restaurant where she could grow herbs on site has been her dream since she was thirteen.
Following that dream, Judy Buchko opened Nye Beach Market, and grew fresh basil in her quaint little cafe. Lovingly hand picking it she dressed sandwiches served to her customers. Using the freshest ingredients...organic whenever possible, Judy maintains the highest standards for her food. Fresh herbs and vegetables are always present in her cuisine along with fresh wholesome eggs from Emerald Hills Farms. Nestled in the historic Nye Beach District of Newport, Oregon, the Nye Beach Cafe has been a local staple of the community since 2010. Originally opened as a neighborhood market, owner and chef Judy Buchko’s desire to make and serve tasteful quality food transformed the market into the established restaurant it is today. “Good people and good food go well together.
